Introduction
Rallying with Rotary

Getting ready for the Rallye Centenaire in 2005
The Rotary Retro Automobile Fellowship of GB & I (RRAF) is the UK and Irish chapter of the international Antique, Classic and Historic Automobile World Fellowship of Rotarians (ACHAFR). This Fellowship, originally called the RRAF is an International association of Rotarians dedicated to promoting the preservation and utilisation of antique, classic and historic automobiles as an opportunity for fellowship and service.
The RRAF maintains a list of Events organised by various Rotary Clubs within the UK. It also organises an Annual Tour - the 1st being held in 2007 in conjunction with the RIBI Conference. For 2013 the Two Moors Tour is being held in Devon & Cornwall between September 16 & 18. The Entry List is now full and a waiting list exists in case of cancellations.
If you are feeling a little more adventurous and are planning to go to the Rotary Convention in Portugal, why not join in the ACHAFR Lisboa2013 Tour. This Tour is being organised by the recently formed Portuguese Chapter who, in their own words, have been working hard to develop 4 fantastic days full of life, joy, good scenery, good food, good Portuguese wine and some Portuguese animation.

GB & I Fellowship
The GB & I Fellowship covers both the UK and Ireland and consists of over 130 Active Members. Many of these are organisers of Rotary fund raising events involving vehicles of all sorts
The Fellowship however is an opportunity to share experiences and also provide an opportunity for relaxation with partners and enjoy the benefits of open road motoring.
To further this aim the Fellowship organises at least one 4 night/3 day Tour each year. For 2013 this is in Devon & Cornwall.
However for those Rotarians having an interest in Classic & Vintage Vehicles, there is also an opprtunity to join up with fellow enthusiasts on a Tour from Porto to Lisbon, being organised by the Portuguese chapter of ACHAFR. As this is a purely a Fellowship event, you do not need to take your car - you are perfectly at liberty to join in with a locally hired car. The organisers can also organise the hire of period cars.

The 4 night/3 day event starts in Porto on June 19 and finishes in Cascais, Lisbon on June 23. There are already entries from over 9 countries, including 8 cars going from the UK.
